Summary/Abstract: We begin our research on the problem of the lack of application of analogue hermeneutics and complexity in legal science, elements that we consider necessary to generate bridges between theory and legal practice, which in turn encourages the construction of legal theories with minimum methodological, axiological, epistemic and argumentative rigor that are applicable to the socio-legal problems present in the current reality. That is why we elucidate these unions in legal analog hermeneutics from a complex view.
