Summary/Abstract: This paper shows the direct interference of globalization in legal argumentation. Itaddresses different approaches to see the argumentation and the need for unity between them toarrive at an adequate conception of legal argumentation that allows to resolve not only legaldisputes, but social and economic from the globally argumentative legal aspect.
