Brief reflections on the cause of the civil action

Summary/Abstract: One of the components of the principle of availability in the civil process is represented by the right of the parties to establish the procedural framework regarding the object, the participants in the jurisdictional activity, but especially the legal cause of the civil process.In this study, the author aims to analyze the importance of the cause of the civil action, highlighting the theoretical and practical aspects, but also the difficulties encountered in the interpretation and application of the relevant legal norms in the matter.
