Summary/Abstract: Ethical rules; It is expressed as behavioral patterns that include more sensitive norms compared to works done with legal obligations and show "what is good and what is right" in social life. Ethical rules are not fixed principles, but a dynamic set of rules influenced by beliefs and cultures in the world. This set of rules naturally paved the way for the formation of professional ethics, which is a part of social life; as a result, concepts such as accounting ethics, press ethics, pharmacy ethics and medical ethics emerged. With the development of professions by being affected by the developments in the world, professional ethics codes have been also developing. In order to contribute to this process, a research has been conducted on the ethical understanding in the pharmacy workers. In the study, a total of 14 pharmacy workers working in Ankara (Pharmacist, Pharmacist foreman and Pharmacy Warehouse Regional Manager) have been interviewed by the method of unstructured interview to answer these questions “What are ethical and unethical codes in the pharmacy profession? In this context, the most frequently mentioned ethical behaviors have been expressed such as paying value the people first, being aware of that you are a health worker first, compliance with the work discipline, giving full information to the patient, integrity and patient privacy. Within the scope of unethical behaviors have been expressed such as unfair competition, work indiscipline, not fully informing the patient, unfair profit from non-pharmaceutical products, collusion (commercialization of diploma), failure to keep the watch properly, and the imposition of the equivalent drug.
