Summary/Abstract: An important document for understanding the evolution of Unity War is given by the records of the future General and writer Nicolae M. Condiescu (1880-1939). He is introducing us in the atmosphere of the Great General Quartier during the period of retreat and refugee in Moldavia, where Romanian Army was able to rebuild itself in order to fight against the enemy and where important political decision were taken for the future of Greater Romania.
