Summary/Abstract: Issues related to the formation of socially responsible personnel management are studied using the example of companies in the food industry. A generalized formation of a business philosophy model based on the main components of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is proposed. Building a personnel management system based on CSR principles, taking into account HR-nhtylsd. Methodical approach to evaluating the level of effectiveness of personnel management in terms of CSR components using reporting indicators of food industry companies.
