Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to concretise the position, potential and perspectives of healtheducation at the primary level of education in the cognitive, communicative, motor and psychosocial support of Roma students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The research results prove the innovative and motivational positive position of the selected educational tools of health education in the direction of creating and stabilising a set of pro-health competences of students. It underlines the fact that a prepared and motivated teacher can make a significant contribution to the effectiveness and results of health education by systematically favouring the values of health and a healthy lifestyle.
