Main reasons of inaction and prolixity in conducting environment protection law (administrative) cases

Summary/Abstract: In article the author analyses the problem of inefficiency in conducting individual administrativecases on the field of environment protection, which is inaction and prolixity of administrativeauthority. The aim of the article is to present the institution of inaction and prolixity ingeneral, compile the possibility of such state to the system of administrative individual cases onenvironment protection matter, as well as the reasons of such state and proposals to counteract.
