Summary/Abstract: In order to offer students a quality internship, specialized practice should be an integrated, valuable experiential learning, relevant for their future activities. More, future students learn about university / faculty/professors’ prestige, about their opportunity to be engaged when they graduate, and learn about their internships and sometimes this internship could be an important reason for choosing a study program. So, considering university offer for a quality internship, we consider that is necessarily to also create for students the opportunity to be reflexive on their personal experiential learning. Our present study presents the opinion of our students from Petroleum – Gas University of Ploiesti, Pedagogy specialisation, considering their pedagogic and specialized practice, starting from their reflexive observation during counselling activities they have assisted / performed in high schools.
