Summary/Abstract: In periods characterized by economic recession, of rising inflation, which culminate in the set of events included in the notion of economic or financial crisis, in which the value of the assets decreases, the transmission of the use of the goods can represent, on the one hand, a means of valuing the patrimonial rights held whose market value does not satisfy the owner's economic interests in the event of a transfer and on the other hand, the means of obtaining the satisfaction of the necessity to use some goods without incurring the costs of acquiring real rights. In this context of increasing costs of production or construction of some goods, the need for stability in the exercise of the right of use by the heirs of the lessee or by other persons designated ex lege becomes a social value that involves increased legislative attention. The present study observes past and present legislative solutions, noting some social relations that may in the future fall within the scope of some interests of legislative regulation.
