The certificate evidence in the New Civil Code

Summary/Abstract: Having in mind the unitary goal of the current regulation of the Cvil Procedure Code to ensure the unitary and coherent application and interpretation of the civil procedural law, with positive effects on the duration, efficiency and purpose of the act of justice, the New Civil Procedure Code represents the expression of a process unfolded over multiple years and legislatures which had as a fundamental objective to create in the field of civil procedure a clear, accesible and modern legislative frame to fully account the imperatives of rising the quality standards of this public service. The subject submitted to thoroughgoing study is the expression of the re-systematization of the civil trial stages - the written stage, research process and the debate on the merits of the process, focused on the declared objective to increase the efficiency of the trial activity and to reduce the duration of the civil trial; ensuring all of the procedural warrantees.
