Considerations on legal standing in lawsuits between the consumers and the professionals

Summary/Abstract: In order to attract strict liability is necessary that the person which claims an infringement by the wrongful act, consisting in putting into service of a risk or a poor product, must justify its consumer quality of the product on which the defectiveness or risk suspiciously. Considering this aspect, the present study aims to establish the people that can stand in court as plaintiff or defendant and the conditions they must satisfy in order to be parts in these categories of litigation.
