Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on analyzing the personal and professional goals of college students and their ability to plan their goals, tasks, and timelines. The data was analyzed through a questionnaire. The analysis has shown that the students should continue improving the management technique Time management in practice in order to handle as many tasks and activities as possible in a set time with minimum number of errors and level stress. For the above-mentioned reasons, the issue of time management is nowadays very topical.
