Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the article is to determine the mediating role of HRM outcomes between organizational talent management (OTM) and company performance results. Additionally, it seeks to establish any identifiable during the pre-pandemic and pandemic periods within the HQs and foreign subsidiaries of MNCs. The empirical research involved 200 MNCs headquartered in Central Europe. An innovative methodical solution was used in the research. Namely, to capture the actual relations among the studied variables, the raw data were aligned with the efficiency index (EI). To verify the research hypotheses and assess the mediating effects, the study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that the HRM outcomes positively mediate the relationships between OTM and the company performance results, specifically in finance, quality, and innovativeness. During the pandemic, this mediating effect is stronger than in the pre-pandemic time.
