Analysis of Management Methods and Techniques as Tool for Effective Human Resource Management

Summary/Abstract: The paper is focused on applied management methods and techniques in selected enterprises. The main aim of the paper is to highlight the need not only for knowledge of management methods and techniques, but also for their effective application in practice. The partial aim of the paper is to compare the management methods and techniques used in two selected manufacturing plants. The information was obtained on the basis of a questionnaire survey that was fully anonymous for managers. The aim of the research was to evaluate the use of management methods and techniques in corporate practice. The results of the questionnaire survey proved the need to develop management competence as well as the need of knowledge, but especially developing management methods and techniques as an effective tool for managing human resources.
