Summary/Abstract: In this scientific approach, we propose to analyze the content of the special investigative measure of Home surveillance using technical means of audio or video recording through the prism of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. We also make a clear delimitation with other special investigative measures, taking inspiration in this sense from the specialized literature in the country as well as abroad.At the same time, we list the forms and ways of carrying out the special investigative measure, as well as the special technique that can be applied for this purpose for the covertly accumulation of information by the investigative officers.
