Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the support of professional growth of employees by coaching. It compares coaching with traditional forms of professional growth support like learning, training and personal development. The paper introduces coaching as a high effective instrument of personal management used not only in business activities. It leads to high job effectiveness by changing of attitudes and thinking.
