Summary/Abstract: The article presents evaluation forms used in three subjects from the syllabus of Preschool Pedagogy and Foreign Language and Primary School Pedagogy and Foreign Language and the results from them. It accentuates the importance of the evaluation form for the future teachers’ preparation for lesson planning, observation and the follow up discussions, for developing the 21st century skills and literacies.
