Summary/Abstract: The types of professional deformations of the managers, the reasons that cause them and the possibilities for overcoming them are presented to the readers with this material. Undoubtedly every profession initiates the formation of professional deformations of the personality. The most vulnerable are the socionomical professions of the «man — man» type. The professional deformation’s nature and the degree of expression depend on the character, the contents of activity, the prestige of profession, the length of service and the individual-psychological characteristics of the personality. The professional deformations are a variety of the occupational diseases, i.e. they are inevitable. The problem is in their prophylaxis and technologies for overcoming them.
