Summary/Abstract: The proposal for creating an autonomous self-governing structure of the Gipsy ethnic minority in the Czech Republic is a proposal for a political solution to problems related to the Gipsies. It contains a description of political aspects of solutions to aroused problems and it proposes creating an autonomous self-governing organ for the Gipsy ethnic minority in the Czech Republic. The text consists only of basic drafts of these solutions. It would be appropriate to work out a detailed elaboration of this proposal in an independent study or theses.
