Summary/Abstract: Authors present the survey of the impact of fermented products in general, and fermented dry meat products in particular, on the microflora of human digestive systém. The main stres is put upon the H. pylori role and it´s impact on the health status, and the potentially beneficial influence of food on H. pylori in humans.
