Summary/Abstract: This research aims to understand the problems faced by administrators working at different educational levels in the same school building and the effects of these problems on student management and financing processes. The research was conducted using a qualitative research design, by conducting in-depth interviews with participants through semi-structured interviews. Participants consist of 10 school administrators working at different educational levels. Analyzes made around three main themes, focusing on human resources management, student management and financing processes, created the findings of the research. In the human resources management dimension, managers particularly mentioned problems such as personnel shortage, rapid personnel changes and communication difficulties between teachers at different education levels. In the student management dimension, conflicts between students of different age groups, discipline problems and problems in the use of common areas came to the fore. During the financing process, problems such as school income coming from different levels, inequality in expenditures and insufficient financial resources were identified. The results reveal the various challenges faced by administrators working at different educational levels in the same school building. These difficulties can negatively affect the overall management of the school by affecting student management and financing processes. In this context, the research provides important insights that can guide managers and decision-makers in producing more effective and sustainable solutions for educational institutions.
