Summary/Abstract: This research was conducted to evaluate and understand the process of school administrators adopting innovation in education. Through a research conducted with 22 school administrators in Adıyaman province, leadership styles, organizational strategies, difficulties encountered, success factors, effectiveness of the strategies used, general impact of experiences, support and resources, the future of innovation in education and suggestions and results used to encourage and adopt innovation in education were analyzed. has been made. Findings show that school administrators play an important role in encouraging and managing innovation, mostly by adopting democratic and collaborative leadership styles. Additionally, success factors such as strong leadership, community involvement and flexibility contribute to the successful realization of innovation in education. Recommendations include leadership development programs, increasing collaboration with stakeholders and disseminating a culture of innovation. In conclusion, this research makes an important contribution to understanding the role and challenges faced by school administrators in promoting and adopting innovation in education.
