Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the issue of the migration crisis on the external border of Poland (EU) as a factor affecting the security of the EU's internal borders (Polish-German border) and, consequently, the security of Poland and Europe. The Republic of Poland is under migration pressure on the border with Belarus resulting from the activities of the Belarusian state services, which support the inflow of citizens from third countries to the EU. The aim of these considerations is to present the impact of the situation at the EU's external border on the situation and the growing migration pressure as well as the scale of illegal crossings at the EU's internal border, i.e. the Polish-German border. The analyzed crisis focuses on the situation of foreigners who, on the initiative and with the help of the Belarusian authorities, are brought to the Polish-Belarusian border in order to cross it illegally. According to Krzysztof Chochowski, the final destination of their journey is most often Germany, France, Belgium or the Netherlands [1]. The use of immigrants by the Belarusian authorities to achieve specific political goals should be considered a manifestation of hybrid warfare. This situation requires a complex response.
