The electronic supervision system in the opinion of curators - a fragment of the analysis of own research. References to education and safety of inmates and the local community

Summary/Abstract: The electronic supervision system is one of the forms of non-isolation prison systems. It consists in monitoring the functioning of the inmate with the use of special technical devices in the probationary place of serving the sentence. The persons who supervise the execution of the sentence, change the behavior and attitudes of the convicts are largely probation officers supervising the course of serving the sentence. The purpose of this publication is to show how the functioning of people incarcerated in SDE looks like in practice, taking into account their life attitudes, family and community relationships in the context of environmental safety from the perspective of the work of probation officers.
