Summary/Abstract: The paper quotes a number of diseases whose names are borrowings from Romanian and Hungarian, including some names of medicinal plants. The names of the diseases are grouped according to certain criteria and then shown in their mother tongue in synonymous groups, illustrating the colorfulness of the Transylvanian-Saxon vocabulary.
