Summary/Abstract: The author presents statutory solutions concerning the determination of salaries in the state public sector between 2021 and 2023. The analysis concerns provisions contained in the Budget Acts, amendments to the Budget Acts, and the so-called ‘Around-the-Budget Acts’, which regulate the issue of salaries in the public finance sector.
