The problem of the admissibility of carrying out an investment activity by the bankruptcy trustee running the bankrupt’s enterprise

Summary/Abstract: This solution is an electrical solution that is used by the bankruptcy trustee. A trustee is a solution to keep a bankrupt entreprise intact. The trustee conducts general enforcement of the bankrupt’s debt to the highest possible satisfaction. However, it is not possible to allow in advance the admissibility of functional activities that meet the criteria of economic desirability. Because the ambition of this article is to solve a certain problem there is a proposal of the testing institution to justify the advisability of the device by the functional trustee. Such a test should be used to exclude doubts about the performance of activities during bankruptcy proceedings. The leading one is compliance with economic expediency.
