Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to provide a better understanding of how to create effective internal communication and to show why internal communication is so important for organizations, especially for those that are undergoing the change of rapid growth. In this study the author applies the existing theory about difficulties in achieving effective internal communication, analyses communication channels and their selection criteria.
