Two fired clay animal protomes originating from the archaeological site at Ciceu-Corabia- Sub Cetate

Summary/Abstract: The authors make known two animal protomes originating from the Late Bronze Age site at Ciceu-Corabia – Sub Cetate (Ciceu-Mihăiești commune, Bistrița-Năsăud County). The first of them decorates the wall of a vessel and represents a ram’s head. The second depicts a horse’s head. Both are attributed to the first phase of the Deva-Bădeni group and are stored at the museum in Bistrița.
