Summary/Abstract: Over the past forty years there has been no systematic information published about the Museum’s activities. The only exact and professional information from the period 1945 - 1950 was brought out by Dr. Hana Volavková. Information, appearing in Judaica Bohemiae, with some exceptions, is very scanty, no other overall information has been published. The purpose of the particular published articles was most probably to try to present the Museum as a normally functioning institution at a time when its function was limited and deliberately suppressed by the communist regime.
