REPRESENTATION IN THE CONCLUSION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS AGAIN IN THE PICTURE, AS A REPEATING RE-INVENTED COLLECTION

Summary/Abstract: The genesis of this study is old and it had as a starting point a study that I ve initially read because of simple curiosity and a classic saying, in the context of the apparition of Law no.140/2022 regarding some rules for protection of persons with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities and change and amendment of some normative laws.Lecture –a study proving that starting with the age of 50 we are entering in later life that starts with an early aging (50-60), it goes on with a middle aging (61-70) and it is ending through the late one (71+) without forgetting at the same time that old age is a physiological stage of a person, a wished stage !!! in the life of a human being, a hope of an inevitable stage in the life of each human being, those who reach it being in advantage. The saying was as you sow, so you shall reap (cum iti asterni, asa dormi) hoping therefore that we will enter in this era, we estimated that we owe now, as far as we have the force to analyze and maybe even to change the (social and legal) mentalities about what is waiting for us in the future, to act and maybe we will be able not only to change, adjust the approaches over the subject of active aging with full social insertion and recognition of civil rights through already experienced methods or new methods, as shown by Law no. 17/2000 regarding social assistance of old people or the newer ones regulated by Law no. 140/2022 regarding some measures of protection for people with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities and change of and amendment of some laws.
