Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the phenomenon of deviance and juvenile delinquency through a sociological reading of the two fundamental concepts (deviance and delinquency), through the study of the transformation of the deviant act into a delinquent act, the knowledge of the differences between these two concepts with the edge of the different models of deviance, the knowledge of the different kinds of (formal) social reactions represented by official institutions, and the informal reaction to such behaviour by someone who is committed outside the norms of society and transgresses established laws, while focusing on mechanisms that help adolescents and minors to leave the circle of deviance and delinquency.
