Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a collaborative project that will focus on the academic interpretation of didactics, because discourse is never something that can be realised by itself, but always requires a counterpart who can be seen not only as the addressee of the discourse, but also as influencing and helping to shape the discourse. This project was about an academic exchange on didactic issues, the possibility of putting theory into practice and not only planning but also experiencing action-oriented and learner-centred lessons. In this regard, the project "Inter-University Didactic Exchange of Prospective Teachers of German as a Foreign Language" took place at the Goethe Institut in Bucharest, bringing together students of German language and literature from the Universities of Constanța/Konstanza and Bucharest, who are enrolled in the so-called psycho-pedagogical module and are thus prospective teachers of German.
