Summary/Abstract: This study entails a brief analysis of Dobruja’s population structure (population density, sex ratio, age group distribution, marital status, literacy, religion, ethnic structure, professional structure, place of birth) based on the data supplied by the 29 December 1930 census. Its findings were based on the 1935-1940 Statistical Yearbooks of Romania published by the Central Institute of Statistics, as well as of studies authored by Dumitru C. Georgescu and Sabin nManuilă, two of Dimitrie Gusti’s collaborators.
