Summary/Abstract: The premise that we will follow in the elaboration of this study refers to the fact that myth is viewed in philosophy as meaningless, but with the help of language, it acquires tangible form, saying something about reality. First of all, we will find out the ontology of the myth, seeing its functions, then we will analyze the temporality and the multitude of myths, and towards the end we will come to interpret it concluding that the myth brings us through language, our connection with the lost being, this happening only through the interpretation correct.
