Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the writing and publication of Elżbieta Drużbacka’s Zbiór rytmów duchownych panegirycznych, moralnych [A Collection of Spiritual, Moral, Panegyrical, and World- wide Rhythms] (1752), her initial contact with the Załuski brothers, the stages of the book's publishing process, Józef Andrzej Załuski's promotion of Drużbacka’s work, and the myriad problems related to the publication of the first edition. The author also discusses the potential obstacles that any future editor of Drużbacka’s work is likely to face.
