Summary/Abstract: In the 7th national archival conference, we will present a methodological paper for the identification and tracking of official documents that are under the administration of various Albanian people and families. This is an initiative initiated by the General Directorate of Archives, seeing it as an urgent task for the preservation of the country’s material cultural heritage. This paper will be based on the existing legal literature for archives.
