Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this text is to comment on the ways in which Russian postmodern author Ludmila Ulitska is perceived by modern Bulgarian readers on the internet. The main focus rests on the different visions created about the author in a digital environment, while also looking for an answer to the question of whether and to what extent she is still relevant for the Bulgarian book market. In this article, the aim is also to clarify certain stylistic features in Lyudmila Ulitska’s texts, to highlight the reasons for her popularity in the Bulgarian and Russian literary contexts, and to try to explain to the reader the reactions of the Bulgarian public on popular websites.
