Self-analysis based on the fairy tale Snow-White and Rose-Red by Brothers Grimm

Summary/Abstract: Self-analysis made on the basis of a fairy tale selected from the Grimm fairy tales volume is an attempt to expose the original image which is inherent in every person, in this case in the author of the sketch about Snow-White and Rose-Red – Alicja Baluch. The idea of such approach comes from the concept of Bruno Bettelheim, who recognizes and appreciates the subcortical communication even with oneself. It follows from the literary self-analysis that my secret programme for life hidden in the fairy tale consisted of simple images of home, a mother reading fairy tales and a teddy bear father playing with the princess daughter. This example proves that everyone can make such an insight into oneself on the basis of a selected fairy tale.
