Summary/Abstract: Drawing on John Paul IIʼs encyclical Fides et Ratio, this article is aboutthe mindʼs capacity to know the truth. God Himself has implanted in the heartof man the desire to know the truth, the ultimate goal of which is to know Him-self, so that man, in knowing and loving God, may attain to the full truth abouthimself. In order to reflect the essence of the relationship with faith and reason,this paper deals with the knowledge of truth through thinking and the harmonybetween faith and reason.
