Summary/Abstract: In the context of the transport business management in distance, this article affects aspects of remote management and control of vehicle fuel. This is a complex problem that involves the engineering aspects, but the focus in this article is the management on information system. Based on the information provided by sensors located (installed) in the vehicle, the fuel consumption is judged during a trip and locates places where these costs are significant. This control is based on the dependence that exists between the pressures exerted on the probe from the level of the fuel. For the beginning a study about the vehicle should be done, and as a result of which the polynomial coefficients of this addiction are found and then these coefficients and the measured values of voltage are sent and reserved to the server. Based on GPS data related to the vehicle position tracking, it is possible graphic observation of fuel consumption through the process of vehicle while moving.
