Summary/Abstract: The Library of Scout Sailing Teams is an interesting example of an editorial series of the 1930s. The series of sailing course-books was originated in Warsaw in 1933, by the initiative of the Scouts Association activists from the Sailing Teams Directorate of Scouts Association HQ. The chief editor of the series was scoutmaster Witold Bublewski, the chief of the scouts sailing teams. Between 1933 and 1938 thirteen volumes of the Library were published, most in the first year of the series – five, in 1934 – three, in 1935 – two, and one in 1936, 1937 and 1938. Most of the volumes – eleven – were published by Główna Księgarnia Wojskowa (Main Military Bookstore), one by Liga Morska i Kolonialna (Sea and Colonial League) and one by the Scouts Association publisher “Na Tropie”. The books in the Library of Scout Sailing Teams were of a handy size, 16° (17x12 cm), and the length of usually no more than a hundred and fifty pages.
