Summary/Abstract: The article entitled “ways to solve complex objectives in forensic expertise", addresses the problem of applying integrated and complex knowledge in forensic expertise. The authors bring arguments in the sense of confirming the opinion of some researchers, as the application of the practice of performing integrated and complex expertise allows the extraction of vast evidential information and leads to the widening of the circle of scientific research tasks, thus increasing the scientific level of judicial expertise examinations. As for the theory of complex and integrated judicial expertise, it approaches the technology of the respective process differently, which makes a state of confusion in practice. In the absence of clear provisions in this regard, both from a methodological and procedural point of view, very often - even obtaining valuable results - judicial experts cannot put them in the”shirt” of evidence, that is, in a form necessary for the judicial process as it was thought and understood by the judicial body. Thus, the judicial process cannot benefit from integrated conclusions, having only separate opinions on the objects studied, which it cannot use adequately for the purpose of solving the case. The problem addressed by the authors of the article is related to the practical ways of solving the objectives put forward by the judicial process within the forensic expertise, which require the use of integrated and complex knowledge, taking into account, as a result of the study conducted during 2016-2020, only in the National Center for judicial expertise of the Ministry of Justice in Rep. Moldova, 50% of the situations of ordering judicial expertise in the field of graphoscopy and document technology, are submitted tasks to establish the length of documents or documents , solving which requires integrated knowledge from several areas: graphoscopy, document technique, judicial chemistry.
