Summary/Abstract: This brief report represents a synthetic account of a roundtable discussion, organized by the Department of Psychology at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iaşi on October 28th, 2022, to celebrate the University Days. This roundtable was organized as part of a project involving ten countries from Southeast Europe, The European Association of Social Psychology (EASP) Ambassadors, financed by an EASP Extraordinary Grant in 2022.
