Interrogation as dialogue

Summary/Abstract: The presented article deals with interrogation as one of the most important instruments of criminal tactics and at the same time one of the most widely used means of evidence in criminal proceedings. Interrogation is a very individual discipline, it is not possible to establish a uniform procedure for it, as the tactics of conducting it differ with regard to many factors. In this article, I will focus primarily on the dialogic part of the interrogation, which must always be perceived as a mutual interaction between the interrogated and the interrogator. I will focus on the questions of the tactics of questioning persons in different procedural positions, namely in the dialogue phase. I will also outline some solutions to possible problematic situations.
