Summary/Abstract: Constanța is an ancient city in Romania (actually the oldest still populated city) and its largest sea port, not only on the western coast of the Black Sea. It is the largest port on the Black Sea and one of the largest in Europe. Constanța is situated at the crossroads of several commercial routes, located at Dobrunja region.
