Summary/Abstract: This study aimed to identify the frequency of stress factors and assess the current levels of stress in high school seniors. A self-administered questionnaire was utilized to measure the stress levels and the influencing factors. Factors perceived as stressful by the high school seniors included the lack of earned grades, inadequate teaching methods by some teachers, the pressure of the graduation exams, exam preparation, teacher preparation, and parental expectations. The results indicated an average stress level among the high school seniors (μ = 2.6048). Additionally, 2.80% of female students reported experiencing "extreme stress," while 46.67% of male students reported experiencing "moderate stress" compared to 28.97% of female students. Based on the correlation coefficient values, where r ranged from (.128 ~ .323), the study revealed a statistically significant relationship between the overall stress level of high school seniors (LSS) and the three factors identified through factor analysis. However, for the fourth factor, parental expectations (PE), the relationship with stress levels was not statistically significant. It is recommended that further research includes a larger sample of high school seniors from various educational levels and incorporates additional stress-inducing factors to provide a more comprehensive assessment of the study.
