New Issues Regarding the National Legislative Framework on Cross-border Operations

Summary/Abstract: The cross-border operations represent lately a concern for the European legislator, which brought significant changes of the domestic legislation as well. Therefore, in this context, the Companies Law no. 31/1990 has been considerably amended. Without claiming an exhaustive analyse of the subject, the article aims at underlying certain aspects, considered by us relevant for both theoreticians and mostly the beneficiaries of the new provisions, the business environment respectively.
