Summary/Abstract: Health professionals work with great dedication to protect, treat and improve the health of patients. However, ensuring and continuously improving quality in healthcare services is not solely based on the individual efforts of healthcare professionals. At the same time, various organizational factors affecting the performance of healthcare professionals need to be taken into account. This study was conducted to determine the attitudes of healthcare professionals working in a public hospital regarding organizational factors affecting workforce productivity and to reveal which issues are more important in increasing their own productivity in line with the opinions of healthcare professionals. The data of the research were collected between January and May 2024 in a public hospital in Istanbul. The sample of the study consisted of 376 healthcare professionals who agreed to participate in the study and met the inclusion criteria. "Personal Information Form", "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale" and "Health Personnel Quality of Working Life Scale", created by the researcher in line with the literature review, were used as data collection tools. Data were collected face to face from participants using the survey technique. The data obtained were evaluated with the SPSS program version 25.0.
